    I got sound in the video, so here's a description what's been said:

    The director asks Tom to lie down and put a finger in his asshole.
    He the wants Tom to tell him that it's feel good.
    He's directing Tom and asks him to make it more convincing and use some more horny words while doing it.
    Then he asks Tom to use his own language (Hebrew).
    Tom is asking: "why do I have to do that?"
    The director answered: "do it for me because i like it".
    Which Tom obeyed and puts on a show in Hebrew.
